Requesting different Certificates of Compliance Template.
The seasoned agents might have their own methods, but my time-saving templates are shared with new agents who still need to manage their admin effectively.
Requesting a Certificate of Compliance is one of the many duties a Property Practitioner must fulfil directly after a bond was granted / a deposit was paid, or full amount was deposited.
Keeping track of who did what ,and who received the request, is essential for potential future queries.
This template allowed you to keep track of who did what and who received the request.
Steps to follow:
- Download this template;
- Save this template under Sales Docs in Document;
- Copy the template onto a new worksheet ( in the same file, so that is seen next to the template);
- Name the worksheet as per the Address of the Property;
- When completed, Click ‘Print’ and save as a pdf in the specific Property folder.
- Send the email to the Electrician and Seller and attach this Certificate of Compliance request.
Now both parties are informed of the request, as well as all the details of each other.
It simplifies communication and the invoice can be sent directly to the Seller.
