This can be your To-Do-List until Registration date.
If you are ‘lucky’ enough to have multiple sales in the pipe-line, this is a very handy tool to keep you up to date with the progress and reminders of future duties to fulfil up to Registration.
Things to remember are for example:
- Did you send the OTP to all parties within 48 hours?;
- Did you remind the seller to give notice of cancellation of the bond to his bank? (which was supposed to be done on Mandate date anyway….♥)
- Did you arrange the Certificate of Compliance, did you prepare a gift, etc etc?.
